3. Closed Session
To consider a motion to convene in Closed Session under section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin
Statutes for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or
exercises responsibility. Conduct Employee Performance Reviews for Public Works Supervisor, and Public Works General Maintenance Workers

The Committee will reconvene in Open Session to take necessary action
and/or continue with the printed Agenda.
4. Discuss and possible action on mileage reimbursement for employees
5. Discuss Dental insurance for employees
6. Review Employee Handbook for changes
7. Adjourn
